All our products are 100% natural and handmade and are refrigerated.
• In case of our mistake, we fully refund the money corresponding to the value of the order and shipping costs.
• In case of any defect (if the product has been damaged or broken in the package during shipment), replacement is made only if we are informed on the day of receipt and after sending photos of the damaged product to firstname.lastname@example.org. No replacement is possible beyond this time.
• In case you wish to return a non-defective product, you can do so within 7 calendar days from the day you received it, taking into account the following conditions:
1. Before taking any action, you should contact us at email@example.com, in order to inform us about the intention to return the product or products you received. We will provide you with the necessary information for the return.
2. The product should be returned unused with all original packaging even with all authenticity labels.
3. All product return requests are checked in great detail upon arrival and will not be approved if the product (s) is not in its original condition as we sent it to you.
As for the personalized products, it is possible to convert them within 15 days from their purchase.
* In case of return of a product, please, until it is picked up by Speedex, we would like to keep them in the refrigerator.
** The cost of returning the product or products to our headquarters is borne exclusively by the customer / buyer, when it is not a damaged product.
