Fill a 100 ml glass jar with cinnamon sticks, and then fill the jar with olive oil (or almond oil) covering all the sticks. Place the jar in direct sunlight for 3 weeks. The cinnamon will release its active ingredients in the olive oil, and as a result, you will have an amazing, easy to make, and economical oil. You don’t need to remove the cinnamon sticks from the jar. The longer you leave them in the oil, the stronger the oil becomes.
